The beats on “And Jack” are clever, thoughtful as well as sufficiently experimental, walking the line between house and techno music. DJ HEAT has devised a sound that is rounded and flavorful, but somewhat down tuned. The tune builds up with nasty house layers that plays as a counterpoint to the pounding bass. The slow intro and harmonious interludes paired with the pumping dance beat is the perfect fusion of house and Techno Music.
